Product Returns

Terms of returning of product:

Rules of returning or substitution of purchased products are regulated by law of the Republic of Azerbaijan (article 15.1.2 of law N: 1113 dated September 19, 1995).
If otherwise no longer term is determined by applicable law, you are entitled to return the product without any penalty sanction during fourteen (14) days after purchasing the product from stores “Original Marines”.
Returned product should be in the condition you purchased it, not used, with labels on time in original packing. Moreover, you should file receipt or purchase document.
Some product types may not be returned. For instance, bodysuit, underwear, night socks, swimwear.
You may return the purchased product to seller due to your own discretion via courier post. In this case, expenditure for returning the product will be covered by buyer.
Seller will realize the refunding of payment by using the same method you used for payment while obtaining the product.
Credit/ debit card: term of refunding of amount may be changed by depending on card issuer bank.
