Policy of using and protection of personal information

  1. Protection of personal information is regulated according to requirements of applicable law related the carriying out of legal, technical and organizational measures.
  2. Operator ensures the safety of personal information and take all possible measures for elimination of entering of personal information of non-authorized persons.
  3. Personal information of user, excluding the circumstances in connection with application of current law, in no case, will be transferred to third parties.

Payment

Payment of purchased product will be realized by method suitable to you: on site or while receiving the product from courier.

  • In case of delivery of product by courier service, you may pay in cash and via bank card. Paid amount includes the cost of ordered product and delivery. Cash box receipt will be provided to you after payment.
  • If you make online payment via bank card on site, payment method will be chosen as bank card. You may make payment via VISA, MasterCard, VISA Electron bank cards.

Delivery

Delivery of orders will be realized via courier service of our company. Term of delivery: during 24 hours

Delivery price:

  • Orders up to 200 manats- within city- 5 manats, beyond city- 10 manats.
  • All orders beyond 200 manats- for free of charge.

Terms of returning of product:

Rules of returning or substitution of purchased products are regulated by law of the Republic of Azerbaijan (article 15.1.2 of law N: 1113 dated September 19, 1995). If otherwise no longer term is determined by applicable law, you are entitled to return the product without any penalty sanction during fourteen (14) days after purchasing the product from stores “Original Marines”. Returned product should be in the condition you purchased it, not used, with labels on time in original packing. Moreover, you should file receipt or purchase document. Some product types may not be returned. For instance, bodysuit, underwear, night socks, swimwear. You may return the purchased product to seller due to your own discretion via courier post. In this case, expenditure for returning the product will be covered by buyer. Seller will realize the refunding of payment by using the same method you used for payment while obtaining the product. Credit/ debit card: term of refunding of amount may be changed by depending on card issuer bank.
